A successful Scouting Group requires more than just good leadership. It requires the efforts of adult volunteers. The most visible of these are our section leaders. Equally important is a strong Group Committee. Beyond this there are important roles for parents and adults who’d like make other contributions. These include:
- Parent helpers in sections, especially Beavers
- Project committees:
- Apple Day
- Banquet
- Christmas Trees
- Hobby Show
- Maple Syrup
- Year end Camp
- Special or adhoc projects
We are always looking for people with energy, enthusiasm, ideas, and skills. You can contribute without putting on a uniform and coming out every week.
