A Scout's Message
Some of you may ask what is the 433rd Scout life? Well, it's kind of hard to explain, by I can tell you some of it. The meetings start busy. But as Scouter Roman calls the meeting to a start, the random mass of bodies assemble into the horseshoe. We break the flag (it's the opening ceremony) and after that we break into patrols and give input. Then comes the game - some people think this is the best part of the meetings. As Kenneth once sayd about the games: "fun, fun, fun". But Scouting isn't just about the meetings. Meetings barely scratch the surface. Besides meetings, there are also camps, outings and trips. Camps are basically awesome. Last year, the 433rd went to the United States and boarded the USS Little Rock, a veteran battleship. We slept on it and goofed out. "The Sleeping arrangements were warm and cozy", recalls a fellow scout. Outing trips also take place outside our church. These include the CN Tower trip last year. We saw a Marley game, slept in the trade center and got a tour of the Air Canada Center. Matthew put it best in an English accent: "It was quite awesome". Overall, the 433rd Scouts is a great experience!
